Mitch Dobrowner, Storms, 2013
Dare I say Mitch Dobrowner’s book Storms literally blew me away. Mitch Dobrowner habitually risks his life to capture these epic and monumental sky-scapes. He reminds us just how powerful and violent – while at the same time perversely beautiful – nature can be. It has been a while since I have seen such classic, yet totally refreshing, landscape work. Straight forward and powerful photography. In my opinion this book is truly a classic in landscape photography. I highly recommend buying this book now, while it is still easily available. This is one photographer genuinely worth supporting.
